Ordering

How do I place an order?

Browse our collection, add items to your cart, and proceed to checkout. You'll need to provide your shipping and payment information to complete your purchase.

Can I modify or cancel my order?

Orders can be modified or cancelled within 2 hours of placement. Please contact us immediately at support@hardysaul.com if you need to make changes.

How much is shipping?

We offer free standard shipping on all orders over €75. For orders under €75, shipping is €9.99.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Standard shipping takes 3-5 business days within the UK, 5-7 days to the EU, and 7-14 days for international orders. Express shipping options are available at checkout.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship to most countries worldwide. International orders may be subject to customs duties and taxes.

Returns

What is your return policy?

Do you offer gift wrapping?

Yes, gift wrapping is available at checkout for an additional €5. Each item is carefully wrapped in premium paper and includes a gift message card.
