At Hardy Saul, we stand behind the quality of our products. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return most items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.
Return Policy
- Returns must be initiated within 30 days of delivery
- Items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging
- Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required
- Sale items are final sale and cannot be returned unless defective
- Personalized or custom-made items cannot be returned
How to Return
- Contact Us: Email support@hardysaul.com with your order number and reason for return
- Receive Instructions: We'll send you a return authorization and prepaid shipping label (for defective or incorrect items)
- Package Your Item: Securely pack the item in its original packaging with all accessories
- Ship It Back: Drop off your package at any authorized shipping location
- Receive Refund: Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund within 5-7 business days
Refund Information
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please note:
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error
- Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item is defective or incorrect
- Refunds may take 5-10 business days to appear on your statement depending on your bank
Exchanges
If you'd like to exchange an item for a different size, color, or design, please follow the return process above and place a new order for the desired item. This ensures you get your new item as quickly as possible.
Damaged or Defective Items
We carefully inspect every item before shipping, but if you receive a damaged or defective product:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
- Include photos of the damage or defect
- We will provide a prepaid return label and offer a full refund or replacement
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Items marked as "Final Sale"
- Gift cards
- Personalized or custom-made items
- Items damaged through normal wear and tear
International Returns
International customers are responsible for return shipping costs and any customs fees. We recommend using a trackable shipping service for international returns.
